Last Friday, Cottage Hospital hosted a Legislative Breakfast on our Campus to discuss future opportunities and current challenges healthcare facilities like ours are facing in NH.

Our CEO, Holly McCormack, started the meeting off with updates and changes we have been facing, followed by Steve Ahnen and Ben Bradley from the New Hampshire Hospital Association who gave insight into the recent cyberattack on Change Healthcare and its impact on NH Hospitals.

Amongst those listening were Senator Carrie Gendreau, as well as Ben Belanger from Senator Hassan's office, Ryan Hyde from Ann Kuster's office, and Chuck Henderson from Senator Shaheen's office. It was a pleasure to be able to hear some of the ways our representatives are working to help smaller hospitals across the state with everchanging challenges like transportation and our current workforce.
