Last month our CEO, Holly McCormack, and our CNO, Natalie Kennett, were invited to attend and speak at the 14th Annual Becker’s Healthcare Meeting in Chicago, Il.  Holly spoke as a panelist for "Designing the Workforce for the Next Generation: Physicians, Nurses, and More," and had the opportunity to engage in conversations on culture development and equity evaluation, which were both significant takeaways from the event. 

Natalie was able to meet other healthcare leaders from around the nation, speak on a panel about Navigating Dynamics in a Multigenerational Workforce and learn about the next big steps in healthcare. Natalie was also able to experience many outstanding panels such as “The Next Generation of Nurses”, “How Top Systems Plan for the Future”, “Designing a Workforce for the Next Generation” (a panel which our very own CEO, Holly McCormack sat on) and many more. This opportunity has sparked great ambition which they both intend to share with their department leaders and teammates. We are fortunate to have had wonderful representation at the 14th Annual Meeting at Becker’s Healthcare Conference and are eager to see what implementations can be brought back for our Cottage community!
