"Laurie works tirelessly with her team to keep our hospital so clean that we get constant compliments about how clean it is and how it does not smell like a hospital. She is a champion for her team and their career development as well as being a champion for the hospital. She always works to keep everyone's spirits up and is dedicated to the success of the hospital and the success of everyone who works here. She instills a strive for excellence in her team and we are so lucky to have her taking care of our hospital. She is an important part of our leadership team as she works collaboratively with all departments to make our patient's experience clean and safe. She has dedicated 32 years to our hospital and she is always a bright light in everyone's day."
